Punchlee is a tool for construction teams to track punch-list work. These terms are the ground rules for using it. They're written in plain language on purpose - if anything is unclear, ask us at greencabinets@gmail.com.
Photos, notes, and project data you add belong to you (or to whoever they belonged to before). You give us permission to store, process, and display them - only as needed to run the service for you and your project's members. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Keep your sign-in method (email, Google, or Apple account) secure - actions taken through your account are treated as yours. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules or endanger the service or its users. You can stop using Punchlee at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data.
If you sign in with your phone number, Punchlee will text you a one-time passcode to verify it's you. By choosing phone sign-in you agree to receive these texts. Message frequency varies (typically one text per sign-in). Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts (you won't be able to sign in by phone until you opt back in), or reply HELP or email greencabinets@gmail.com for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your phone number is described in the Privacy Policy.
We work hard to keep Punchlee fast, available, and accurate, but we can't promise it will never be down, lose a connection, or contain a bug. Punchlee is a record-keeping tool - it is not an inspector, engineer, or substitute for professional judgment on a job site. Decisions about construction work, safety, and code compliance are yours and your professionals'.
To the maximum extent the law allows, Punchlee and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages - lost profits, lost data, project delays, or disputes between people on a project. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (currently: zero, while the service is free).
Punchlee will evolve - features may be added, changed, or retired, and paid plans may be introduced (with clear notice before anything starts costing money). If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and the date at the top; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
